My approach

My approach to leadership training is informed by my 15 years in academia and is rooted in the latest research into leadership development.

With a PhD in leadership as well as years of hands-on experience in the corporate world, I have developed a unique blend of research-led leadership knowledge and training techniques to help you unlock the full spectrum of leadership potential within your business.
